I love this top! Unfortunately, it's not available anymore but when it did it retailed for $225. You can still catch it on eBay here but I think if you were smart you'd try and recreate it for yourself. I mean SERIOUSLY how hard could this possibly be? It looks like a couple pinched loops of fabric, edged with black bias tape. The bow looks stiff. I wonder if there's wire in the edges? Does anyone have this blouse that can tell us?

Hmm.. Maybe alter Colette's Sorbetto to have a higher neckline and then add the pinched loops. Doesn't look hard at all. It would look horrible on my busty figure, but it's a really cute top!

Strongly reminds me of a pattern magic dress. Look at sewveryprairie blog...

Beautiful! It looks particularly nice with cigarette pants... I love the updates '60's feel to it.

I found a blog awhile back where someone had done a diy of this top. However, I cannot remember which one it is. I have it bookmarked at home so I will look when I get there.

I just found the link to a tutorial for the bow. This blogger actually made a dress, but she copied the JCrew bow for it. It is awesome. Here is the link: http://sewpetitegal.blogspot.com/2011/06/tutorial-time-prabal-gurung-for-j-crew.html

the bow is not wired, Its the weight of the fabric that gives it its body. It looks like 4 alternating bows layered on top of each other. I love the look of the whole outfit.
