Ever since I was small I have leaned toward being a right brained thinker. I loved writing, analyzing literature, drawing. I even have a few fashion design sketches that my best friend and I drew on the playground in elementary school. So it isn't much surprise that I fell into blogging combining my writing, reading and designing skills. Sometimes I like to think blogging is a perfect marriage of all the things I love in life, all the things that drive me to get up everyday.
I write about my love of sewing and fashion.
I write about the things I create for their entertainment.
And through these outlets I find a way to write about the moments I share with the ones who are most important to me.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgkp6yml1NgcczXm1om7xVUeB3svJByS8dCSGltnIVWBt6DHVZ7nl2gXV3hVl-CaN3-6qHhyphenhyphenpTr1sK-BMpWx-qWMTZI4RLg4JRDETK6ffDV7odd4YSU0zHTg8qFB33gF5zTRi4TUlO2z6Y/s640/top.jpg)

What brand or model of sewing machine you can suggest for a starter, no-how, like me?
@YannieI've never been dedicated to models or brands like some people are, though I've heard Husqvarnas are the best (though most expensive). I like to look for features. If you're buying one brand new, I would suggest getting a sewing machine with an automatic threader. Not that it's hard to thread a regular sewing machine it just makes it easier and if you're learning all the other new stuff that comes with sewing why not worry about one less thing. Plus, I LOVE my automatic threader and wouldn't want anything else.
If you're buying used then just try to get one that has the "easy thread" option. One where you're not loading a "spring" in the middle.
What is the make/model of the sewing machine you are using here?
What is the make/model of the sewing machine you are using here? I am due to pick up a Baby Lock this weekend and hoping that was the right decision.
