I super dooper love this and I bet it only takes 10 minutes. Via Make It and Fake It. Get the pictorial tutorial on her site! Just use a little twill tape (she said she uses grosgrain ribbon but it looks like it *might* be twill tape which I think actually looks better than grosgrain ribbon for this kind of project) Of course remember that twill tape is not stretchable so don't make it too small or you won't be able to fit your arm through;)
