hi, i'm trying to make the gail dress as my part of your 'a frock by friday but i'm stuck! why are the side seams of the back pieces and the back facings longer than those of the front piece and the front facings? am i missing something to do with how the lace fits in perhaps? otherwise where does this extra length go-at the top or bottom of the seam? thanks. your instructions and tutorials are wonderfully clear, even for me!
