Slightly baggy, footless, nylons? Could be genius?Buy them from etsy seller GenevieveSavar for $60. You could also try to DIY this. Here's a free footless hosiery pattern via Shelby. If you wanted to make them a little baggy I'd just increase the width in the legs a bit depending on how stretchy you fabric was.
