If I see something that looks like a pattern I've seen before I'll post it so you can save it if you wish to attempt to recreate yourself.
This sort of looks like the story book cape pattern I posted a while back except the armhole is lower, it has a collar rather than a hood and also a cute front tie.
If I had my way, I'd dress my girls like this everyday.
