Shabby Apple WildBerry Pie Apron Review

August 18, 2010

Gosh I wish I had a nice kitchen to take these pictures in. BUT, I do have this nifty retro antique refrigerator. It was built with the house somewhere back in the 20s.

I LOVE this Shabby Apple apron from their Boysenberry Pie line. I haven't been doing a lot of baking lately but this piece might cause me to break out my sugar, flour, red lipstick and high heels.

Can you imagine baking in high heels? Just silly. But for this apron I just might do that. It's so figure flattering it almost looks like a dress. I wish I had a whole lineup of these aprons to wear once everyday. It might get me inspired to cook more homemade meals.

Who couldn't use a little pretty while slaving over a hot oven?

I second the first question. :) I love the classic red polka dot dress. Where or what pattern?

Thanks! The apron is classic. :) They would make great gifts.

that is so lovely, and like you said, figure flattering. my sister-in-law has requested a handmade apron for a wedding gift... wonder how har it would be to duplicate this pretty little number?!

awesome! my old aprons could totally use a good tossing-out. especially to make room for some yummy replacement from shabby apple! (:

I love aprons too! I practically do have a different apron for every day! You can never have too many aprons!

I've been meaning to make an apron - funny because I must have 10,000 apron patterns. They're all so cute, it's impossible to decide which to make first (a problem I have quite often).

Such a lovely icebox in this photo, too!

Oh that is a very pretty apron, and a very pretty lady wearing it! Im tempted to grab my lippy and high heels and pop on an apron right now!

We only have 2 aprons in the house and neither are very flattering the one you have on is just darling! I remember that my Grandma used to wear an apron everyday... different times I guess. But then the mess I get myself into when I cook maybe I should adopt the habit!
