This dress reminded me of early twilight. Perhaps it was because I thought it looked like a mix between a day dress and a night gown. I used a very pale pink material reminiscent of early evening. And delicate ruffled straps that begin at the underarm. I added a wide ruffled trim at the bottom and voila....she's ready for the day/night.

This dress just begs to be worn to an evening summer wedding or outdoor concert (not that we have either of them this summer but then again the dress probably won't fit rachel until next year anyway!)

OH my gosh... this dress reminds me of a dress my nana made me when I was little it was my princess dress(or so I use to say) but I wore it all over the place (I lived in Dominican Republic and my nana would make most of my clothes) I had a little garden and I would always wear it while I picked veggies.. I think she would wash that dress everyday! *SIGH* thank you for letting me remember those sweet memories...:)Oh I could so see my DD in this dress although I know I would probably tear up cause I'm such a mush! LOL :)
