The bigkicks go for about $30 there and dies that usually $20 are sold for FOUR dollars. Yes. Four. Let me know if you want me to care package you anything! They also have a lot of discount dies on their outlet sizzix site.Mrs. Chaneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00899627410452330936noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4616157712190875587.post-21479031526705237372010-12-20T22:44:27.682-05:002010-12-20T22:44:27.682-05:00I have the sizzix big shot and it also cuts leathe...I have the sizzix big shot and it also cuts leather, cork, and thin metal. I use it mostly to cut fabric, felt and leather and the only time I've had issues is with cheap/thin knits. Felt cuts like a breeze even when I cut 2-3 layers at a time and with fabric I cut easily up to 6 layers without issue.

If you get it at Joann's you can use the coupon. It works with the sizzix dies (you just have to buy a thinner set of plates which they sell at michaels). I love it! It cuts through 7-9 layers of fabric at a time & 3 layers of felt!emmylouhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03394617714226542312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4616157712190875587.post-16726353000982087382010-12-20T13:25:44.171-05:002010-12-20T13:25:44.171-05:00Have you tried the Slice? Especially if it's any kind of fabric with weight, like felt is too thick to cut very well. Cotton works usually, but sometimes details are lost- like the eyes might not come out.

Plus the selection of dies that are strong enough to cut fabric aren't very big. Just food for thought.Marilynnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4616157712190875587.post-36123749466695680602010-12-20T11:31:53.880-05:002010-12-20T11:31:53.880-05:00Jenny,
