Love this idea for a caplet. Looks really easy. It's basically just a band with elastic in the middle. Imagine the variations you could do. Lengthening the half below the elastic. Adding a velvet band at the bottom. Ruffles.

I made one recently (longer on the bottom than this one.) Did not turn out nearly as pretty.
this is gorgeous, and so simple. really came out pretty.
