I've seen a million embellished tees (what I like to call teecycling) out there but Welcome to the Good Life made one that caught my eye. Get her tutorial here. PS: She's the one who won the Shabby Apple Dare to Design Contest a few years ago with her pleated skirt dress (which I voted for;)
