Online Wedding RSVP

June 27, 2012

I've been saying more people should be sending wedding RSVPs via online. It saves on stamps and of course, the cost of paper and printing. Plus, my favorite part, quick and easy reply. You can plainly see who's replied and who hasn't. Now, I know a lot of people won't be into it because picking out and sending invitations are a fun part of getting married. But if you take a look at this RSVP wedding website you might just change your mind (scroll to bottom of wedding site for RSVP at bottom). If you didn't know anything about making a site like this perhaps you could take the money you would have spent on paper, printing and stamps an hire a web illustrator or designer. The pictures I included don't do it justice. You'll see what I mean.

my wedding was in 08 and we had online RSVP'ing... but sent out paper invites. we snagged an easy URL (fairytalewedding.ca) and the wedding website service we used sent you emails when people RSVP'ed and compiled a spreadsheet for you to download with all of everyone's info.

I love the idea of beautiful invitations sent on gorgeous paper and then easy, equally beautiful on-line RSVPs. It is just better for everyone.

I'd rather online cards! much more fun to make and very eco-friendly!

I prefer to use the paper invitations but I'll use a site like http://whoozin.com to help me track the RSVPs since some people keep forgeting to mail back the invite.

Paper invitations are great but it's also good to use a site like http://whoozin.com to help you track the RSVP responses. As we all know not everyone mails there RSVP back to you.
