Same here! I have a cheap walmart one, and I've been trying to think of a better solution, but "tree skirt" is way low on the Christmas budget list!
Love this skirt. I made a new one last year using my sizzix big shot (seen here: http://ryanandcynthia.blogspot.com/2010/12/christmas-2011-poinsettia-tree-skirt.html) but we have another small tree for the kids and I think this is perfect for it! I will have to give it a try for sure.
