Tulle F"rocks"!!!!

August 9, 2010

If you haven't heard of Tulle by now, where have you been?!

I've mentioned Tulle's great sales on this blog before. But they really do have THE BEST prices on really unique flattering frocks.

Tulle sent me three gorgeous dresses to review. And each one was more lovelier than the other. Starting with my favorite, the Hammered Lawn Ruffle Dress. When I walked down the stairs with this dress on my mother who was sitting on my sofa watching Lily and Molly said, "Now why can't you make dresses like that". (She doesn't like some of my more avant garde frocks) But it was REALLY cute! I love the two layers of skirt and the pleated ruffle detail at the neckline. And with this dress I NEVER have to worry about my cleavage or bum peaking out. And LOVE the color. I wore it with my Target gray baubled ballet flats that I bought from Goodwill and the color match was spot on.
Next I wore this pumpkin colored shirtdress. And again, loved it. Loved the length, loved the fit, loved the color. Especially loved the loose elbow length cuffed sleeves. I can't wait to wear it during fall when the leaves change and pair it with a giant purse.

Lastly, the Ruffled Dress. It is a very light chiffon with an open waist and shorter length. Very flirty. Very sweet. I liked the mix of swiss dot and polka dot with the red, pink and cream color scheme.
Did I mention all Tulle's clothes are so very affordable? That's what I like best about them. The orange shirtdress is currently only $38! That's definitely a price I can swallow.

Some of my other favorites are the Ruffled Sleeveless Dress, Cutout Bow Back Dress, Vintage Metal Coat, Ruffle Double Breasted Jacket, Single Breasted Vintage Wool, V-Cutout Skirt, Striped Twill Pencil Skirt, Angora Blend Ruffle Cardigan, and Keyhole Striped Twill Dress.

Those are super cute! Great prices too! I'll have to remember them.

Cute - but the polka dot cutout dress on the site is straight from the 80's, not meaning bad, one of the cuter looks for summer from the 80's.

Wow-- thanks for the tip. So cute! Couldn't you see the orange dress with a thin long sleeve sweater underneath plus tights and boots in the Fall?
